At Her Collection, we want to ensure your shopping experience is seamless from the moment you place your order until your beautifully designed items arrive at your doorstep. Below you will find the details of our shipping options, processing times, and delivery terms.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped, which will include your tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship all packages from our location in Sweden using reliable couriers to ensure your items arrive safely.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery within Sweden typically takes 2–4 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not fully guaranteed, especially during peak holiday seasons.

3. Tracking Your Order When your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders) Her Collection is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Lost Packages Once your products are transferred to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at hercollection.foryou@hotmail.com with your order number, and we will do our best to help you evaluate the issue with the carrier.
